Responsibilities

• Guiding R&D activities from concept to completion.

• Acting as the key interface between technical teams and demanding clients.

• Balancing design ambition with economic targets.

• Orchestrating schedules, resources, and budgets with precision.

• Keeping the bigger picture in focus while handling the fine details.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ R&D project management experience in sectors where quality and compliance are non-negotiable (automotive, medtech, pharma, or similar).

• The ability to translate customer requests into clear, actionable work.

• A confident communicator, fluent in English, who can hold the room.

• Advanced planning skills with tools like MS Project or similar.
